Return and Exchange Policy

Thistle & Threads follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:

We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchases made online, under the following terms and conditions.

• The customers are requested to please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
• The customers can exchange articles from the Thistle & Threads one time only within 7 days from the date of order placed.
• The products must be in their original condition unused with a price label attached.
• We will not accept the return and exchange where proper care instructions are not being followed.
• We do not offer a cash refund, instead, a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value. The coupon will be valid for 14-days & redeemable at online only.

If the product is damaged / missing please contact us immediately after receiving the parcel. 

Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our warehouse. If we find that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original condition then we will not be able to consider the return and exchange.

*Discounted (sale) Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
